We can provide consultancy across a wide spectrum of IT related topics including project management itself and implementation of methodologies based around the PRINCE 2 model. We can also offer practical advice on the implementation of a project office.

We always work closely with a clients own IT services department (if one exists) to ensure our advice is relevant to their general and specific direction. In this way we can ensure that our advice is meaningful, future proof and very relevant to the business needs.

We can also provide training in many aspects of IT, ranging from desktop applications to project management. We do not have an existing portfolio of off-the-shelf courses as such but are always happy to work with our clients to build something bespoke. In this way, we can tailor the materials to be relevant to the client which is something that public training cannot offer.
