PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Projects can range from one day in duration to many months and even years.  We are flexible in our approach and will use our own proven methodologies (based around the PRINCE 2 model), or operate within your own framework to your own standards and procedures if desired. Our preference is to work within, and build upon, your existing working practices rather than try to impose an entirely new methodology. As well as project management, we can also provide change, configuration and testing management.

We can manage the entire project for you or work alongside your own project managers providing advice and guidance as required. Our aim is to provide simple and practical advice to build upon the best elements of what a client already has in place.
